She runs classes in a non- judgemental way, flowing from one exercise to the next and always leaving plenty of time for valuable relaxation at the end. Yoga seems to me to roll everything into one- stretching, strengthening, balancing and relaxing- and Nicola’s classes tick all the boxes!

My Hatha Classes are alignment focused to build the foundation of each yoga posture to help strengthen and support the body.

My evening classes are a 'relaxed' hatha, where we avoid any stimulating poses. Each hatha asana (posture) we take helps to calm and relax the body in preparation for a good nights sleep. You will learn to released any tension built up during the day to aid your body in recover, healing and digesting.

Each pregnancy yoga class as been specifically designed by Nicola. Hatha yoga adapted for the pregnant body and birth.

​

My postnatal classes are Hatha yoga classes modified for the postnatal body, with special time to bond with your baby and a gentle baby massage.
